Afkar Associate is an established architectural firm providing a wide range of services in the field of architectural Design and Services, the objective of the entity is  planning, engineering Design,since January 2001.

Since our establishment we have been Serving various sectors comprising of public, corporate and private sector institutions, organizations and individuals for diversified projects including Residential, Commercial, Public Buildings, Religious Buildings (Mosques and Madrassas etc.), Educational Buildings, Housing Schemes, Residential Colonies, Office interiors etc. and we have successfully completed a range of projects.

The firm is lead by Ar. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Chairman Institute of Architects Pakistan Peshawar Chapter who graduated from National College of Arts Lahore in the year 1999.

With all the expertise, we are still on our way to explore new ways and techniques to bring remarkable success to any project we undertake.

During this short span of time Afkar Associates has made a remarkable growth by introducing innovative concepts and trends in the relevant fields. A list of diverse projects shows the level of appreciation that Afkar has earned from various sectors of the society. This has boosted our level of credibility and reliability of work.

In its short life, Afkar has successfully completed various projects relating to almost all the fields of architecture that include Educational Institutes, Residences, Interiors, Religious, Colonies, Commercial Buildings and some urban level projects.

We have developed a distinctive client base by following these two simple rules. To mention few areas of our work and clients, we were appointed as consultants by Toyota Frontier Motors in designing their office. We have carried out developmental works in Jagra, where we have designed and helped in execution of a Residential Colony that included residential plans, mosque, playgrounds etc. Our team possesses great deal of proficiency in restructuring and redesigning of existing buildings of which Tariq Cold Storage, Jagra, Mosque and Madrassa Taleem-ul-Quran at ToraWari are good examples.

We have contributed to the architectural developments in HayatabadTownship, Warsak Road, Jallozai and at various other sites. We have also developed architectural plans for office sites of which office site Plans for Malakand-III Hydropower Project is an example.

 We are well aware of the rapidly changing world of technology and changing lifestyles. In response, a full-automated, computerized office setup, where we make full use of the latest software for conceptual designing, Enhanced Computer Generated Model Presentation (ECGMP) and analysis of structural design, has enabled us and our clients to come to a stage where nothing seems impossible.
