LUSH MALL
Lush Residencia is one of the landmark and unique mega projects located at the new urban development of Peshawar Ring road at the crossing of Charsadda Road.
The project is developed by the renowned Lush group which already has a proven track record of delivery in the market.
The Project offers a complete range of modern urban community dwelling facilities with triple basement for parking, lower ground, ground and ist floor for amenities and commercial.
8 towers are planned around a central courtyard with a 4 story building for entertainment and amusement in the center which has a bowling alley ,swimming pool, restaurant, gym and mosque. It also has a wedding hall in the basement.
One of the main features of the Lush towers is the 200 feet (66 meter) high mesmerizing circular skywalk with scenic panoramic views of the city. The skywalk has access from all the towers.
The rooftop of each tower acts as a roof garden for that particular tower. All the towers are connected by the skywalk. A unique feature first introduced in the region.
